Position Overview

Supports the recruitment process in optimizing the candidate experience and completing administrative tasks of the candidate selection process (offer letter creation, new hire paperwork, background checks, etc.). Communicate regularly with the Recruiting team to ensure available positions are accurately posted and up to date internally and externally. Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events. Work on projects to improve or implement core recruiting processes and tools.

Job Responsibilities  

  • Works closely with Call Center recruiting team in all aspects of hiring and recruiting functions –
  • Facilitates applicants through the interview process to include coordinating the scheduling of interviews, emailing and confirming as needed, and ensuring that the main receptionist is aware and any applicable calendar invitations are sent to those assisting with interviews
  • Sources constantly to ensure the Recruiting calendar is kept filled and in line with hiring needs.
  • Assists with applicant phone screens.
  • Greet, provide tour and coordinate assessment for all onsite Candidates.
  • Create and send applicant offer letters, decline notifications, and tracks progress utilizing applicant tracking system
  • Assist with new hire orientation process
  • Audits new hire paperwork for accurate completion and submits timely to Call Center Administrative staff for processing
  • Assist in tracking recruiting activities, providing candidate status and updating all administration of the Success Factors, the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assist with ensuring all marketing/recruiting flyers and materials are updated and posted correctly at all times.
  • Point of contact for all employee referrals, ensuring all are submitted accurately in Success Factors
  • Attending job fairs and open houses as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of previous recruiting/administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

 

ROLE PREFERENCES

 

  • 2-3 years of prior recruiting administration experience
  • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking system
