About this Opportunity:

Responsible for implementation and strategic growth of the Colorectal Surgery Institute program. Responsible for marketing and physician and community education. Responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships, program integration within the hospital organization and creating effective working relationships within and external to the Colorectal Institute's program.

Bachelor's degree and/or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Competencies Required: Business Acumen, Building Relationships, Customer Service, Planning and Organizing. Persuasiveness, Sales ability, Analysis, assessment, Strategic Thinking, Team Work, Multi tasking, Problem solvingm Communication. Computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing or other health related field, Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Compute Skills: Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. California Driver's License required.
