Job Description

Counter Threat Solutions (CTS) seeks experienced Intelligence Community (IC) Executive Officers for challenging opportunities with our client in the Northern Virginia region. These are dynamic, fast-paced roles where you will make tangible contributions on initiatives that secure our nation and advance its intelligence objectives. Executive officers manage multiple projects for HUMINT managers for specified programs. They create new methods to effectively track resources and activities. Executive officers should have excellent organizational, data research and interpersonal skills to help execute the intelligence mission.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Support the management of projects and programs

Assist with planning and execution of complex projects

Prepare and conduct briefings

Review, prioritize, assign, track and respond to taskings in response to internal and external requests.

Prepare assessments and reports and make recommendations

Required Qualifications

Must have a current/active TS/SCI/with Full Scope Polygraph

Requires at least one year of relevant experience with the sponsor or related organization

Requires a Bachelor's degree. (Five years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge and experience in Sponsor research tools and techniques

Ability to analyze data and research results

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Excellent organizational skills to address complex issues

Positions location is in the Washington Metropolitan area (Chantilly, McLean, Reston etc)
