General Information

  • Salary Range: $60,600 - $75,800
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm


Assist in the development, implementation and execution of assigned category strategies. This involves, but is not limited to, developing a set of measurable actions and targets with focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Provide category expertise to internal stakeholders and function as a liaison to Manufacturing and Operations functions for assigned categories. Initiate cross functional strategic sourcing teams to address specific opportunities. Responsible for Procure to Pay processes for assigned categories; including req. to PO processing & resolving pricing and receiving match exceptions. Initiate development and negotiation of agreements with key suppliers. Place orders for materials and services in the assigned categories in an efficient and timely manner. Oversee all activities related to procurement of material, from intent to purchase through delivery. Responsible for providing sourcing, supplier management support and material quality/supplier conflict resolution for Acushnet (Titleist) Thailand LTD. for assigned categories. Initiate and maintain key strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness with focus on TCO. Conduct timely reviews with suppliers to measure performance against contractual standards and performance expectations. Analyze risk relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options and material. All other tasks assigned by manager.


Education: BS degree required; concentration in management or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably with a concentration of managing indirect spend categories.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Requires data analysis skills, utilizing MS Excel as a tool. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization.
