ADP is hiring a Business Process Analyst. This role supports and assists the divisions within the Total Absence Management ecosystem to improve business process documentation and re-engineering initiatives. Serves as the focal point for new initiatives developed or piloted within the product or as part of product integration initiatives, and ensures new initiatives are in compliance with business objectives and goals and that they align to SOP policies and procedures.

The Business Process Analyst assists in the development and maintenance of a framework for measuring and reporting regional and division performance against World-Class Service baseline measurements/expectations. Assists in the implementation of improved service models accelerate adaptation to the strategic go-forward platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Designs, develops and implements programs geared at improving productivity, compliance, quality levels of performance and customer satisfaction
* Provides data and needs requirements to support new and improved processes that can be integrated into routine operations within TAM Operations and support teams
* Works with internal staff organizations in presenting and confirming new work procedures, organization recommendations and the prioritization of issues requiring their input and support. Participates in SDLC initiatives
* Works with outside vendors to gather information to support new applications and/or system solutions for ADP's processing environment. Prepares the necessary analysis to support the recommendation
* Completes required studies and identifies opportunities to streamline and improve workflow processes, introduce improved management control and reporting and determine FTE requirements based on sales forecasts (i.e., staffing models, etc.)
* Prepares presentation materials to support project initiatives and solicits feedback from the field on relative importance, feasibility and buy-in
* Formulates a required agenda and manages to a successful completion (i.e. delivery of an achievable work plan, etc.)
* Manages staff in accomplishing work while measuring accomplishments against original expectations. Utilizes appropriate control to ensure the achievement of goals within cost and time constraints
* Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience
* 2 -- 3 years' experience in system reporting, analysis, testing and/or scorecarding

This position can be located in Louisville, KY or Des Moines, IA.
