Student Financial Services Specialist
Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking a Student Financial Services Specialist. The Specialist provides a financial aid, billing and registration overview to all prospective students and their families regarding eligibility, the application process for financial aid, billing and registration, available funding sources and the institution's financial options and procedures while encouraging responsible debt management. The individual must have the ability to interact with students and parents calmly and graciously under difficult situations and be capable of explaining complex and confusing regulations to students and parents. TheStudent Financial Services Specialist will represent the department at special events such as Open- House, Accepted Student's Day, and move in weekend, and other events as necessary. Staff Assistant, Academic Operations
Southern New Hampshire University's traditional campus is seeking a Staff Assistant of Academic Operations for the Office of The University Registrar. This position will report to, and support, the Senior Office Manager as well as contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the team. S/he will work closely with the Senior Office Manager. S/he will regularly produce and review reports and other tools used as quality checks for data integrity. The incumbent will ensure best practices, and include consistent application and use of available tools (ex: OneNote, shared drive, etc.).
