Operations Manager
Hilton Garden Inn Pismo Beach, a leader in the hospitality industry, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to be responsible for the overall operations of the hotel.The Operations Manager will supervise the Housekeeping and Front Desk Departments, as well as interact with the General Manager on a daily basis to ensure the hotel runs smoothly. The selected individual will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel, supervising the majority of the hotel staff, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and assuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met.
